NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tivoli on April 13, 2022, at 7:00 PM, at the Village Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, NY 12583 to hear all interested persons on a tentative budget for the 2022-2023 fiscal year for the Village of Tivoli. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Village Board of Trustees, Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, New York 12583. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities. In such a case, please notify the Village Clerk in advance at the above address or by phone 845-757-2021 so that arrangements can be made.
The compensation proposed to be paid to the following officers is as follows:
Mayor $12,500.00
Deputy Mayor $ 3,500.00
Board of Trustees Member (each) $ 3,000.00
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that copies of said tentative budget are available for inspection by any interested party during the Village Clerk’s office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, New York 12583.
