ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Village of Tivoli Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in Village Hall, located at 86 Broadway, Tivoli NY for an area variance at 27 Broadway. The applicants propose to build a new single-family dwelling requiring an area variance for building width.
A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall and available for inspection during business hours.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Zoning Board of Appeals PO Box 397 Tivoli, New York 12583, or via email to deputyclerk@tivoliny.org. Written comments must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities.
