MINUTES
January 27, 2025
The meeting was opened at 7:01 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Historic Watts dePeyster Village Hall.
PRESENT: Lisa Schwarzbaum, Chairwoman; Andrew Tejerina; Wendy Hansen; Miles Sweeny; Donna Matthews
NOT PRESENT: J.P. Ward; Pamela Morin
ALSO PRESENT: Bettina Mueller; Christie Billeci
MINUTES: Minutes of the January 13, 2025 meeting were reviewed. Miles Sweeny made a motion to APPROVE the Minutes; Second by Donna Matthews; all in favor; none oppose.
REVIEW OF BUSINESS: The applicant submitted a request for a Lot Line Alteration of 12 North Rd. and 14 North Rd. The applicant had previously applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) and then withdrew the application to make boundary changes. With guidance from the Planning Board consultant, the applicant was advised of the need to resubmit the application to the ZBA. The Planning Board waived the requirement of a Public Hearing.
Motion made by Andrew Tejerina to ADOPT the Conditional Resolution in the matter of 12-14 North Rd.; seconded by Wendy Hansen. All in favor; none oppose.
ADJOURN: Wendy Hansen made a motion to ADJOURN the meeting; second by Donna Matthews; all in favor; none oppose. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
