Call to Order / Determination of Quorum

The special meeting, held at the American Legion, was opened at 8:20 P.M. and a quorum was determined to be present for the conduct of business.

Planning Board Attendees:

  • Acting Chair Leigh Palmer
  • John Hallstein
  • Ginger Grab
  • Donna Matthews

Also Present:

  • Mike Billeci (applicant)
  • Trustee Susan Ezrati
  • Attorney Victoria Polidoro

New Business

Site Plan Review – 94 North Road: The Board reviewed the map and drawings of the proposed workshop and carport accessory building. This was previously reviewed by the Board at the March workshop. It was submitted to Dutchess County Planning and Development and was deemed a matter of local concern. A discussion followed. Ginger Grab moved to accept the site plan. Donna Matthews seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Adjournment

Donna Matthews moved to close the meeting at 8:25 PM. Ginger Grab seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
