Call to Order / Determination of Quorum
The meeting, held at the Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, was opened at 7:02 P.M. and a quorum was determined to be present for the conduct of business.

New Business
Chair Mike Billeci recused himself from the meeting.
98 North Road – Site Plan Review: Applicant Christie Billeci stated that there were two questions posed by Planner Michele Greig at the January workshop. The first was whether the property is within 500 feet of a NYS Certified Agricultural District. The answer is yes. However, it was determined by Dutchess County Planning after a review that the matter was of local concern. The second was whether there are any DEC wetlands on the property. The answer is no. Ms. Billeci also presented a completed short SEQR form. The plans were reviewed by the Board and a discussion followed.
Ginger Grab made a motion to approve the Site Plan as presented. Donna Matthews seconded, all in favor. Motion carried.
Chair Billeci returned to the meeting. The Board reviewed the minutes from the October 15, 2012 Planning Board Meeting. Ginger Grab moved to approve the minutes as presented, Donna Matthews seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
