Planning Board Meeting Minutes 12-22-2014

Call to Order / Determination of Quorum
The meeting, held at the Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, was opened at 7:03 pm and a quorum was
determined to be present for the conduct of business.

Site Plan – 54A Broadway “Tivoli General”: The applicants presented drawing of possible (1)
produce display area (shelves) or (2) bench/table and chairs (seating area).
Parking (4 spaces) was paid for and allocated years ago. Applicants will provide drawing of
garbage can placement area at rear of building.
John Hallstein moved that a public hearing will not be necessary for this change of use plan. Ginger
Grab seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
The applicants were asked to submit an elevation drawing of proposed shelving display area on the
street in front of the building.
The Board reviewed the draft minutes from the October 27, 2014 Planning Board meeting. John
Hallstein moved to approve the minutes as presented. Donna Matthews seconded. All in favor.
Motion carried.

John Hallstein moved to close the meeting at 7:25 pm. Ginger Grab seconded. All in favor.
