Call to Order / Determination of Quorum
The meeting, held at the Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, was opened at 8:06 pm and a quorum
was determined to be present for the conduct of business.

Planning Board Attendees:

Old Business
Site Plan – 15 Charlotte Lane:

  1. The Planning Board approved asking the applicant to put $500 more into his escrow
    account.
  2. The Planning Board asked the Clerk to submit the application to Dutchess County
    Planning because the house will be within 500 feet of an agricultural district.
  3. The Planning Board approved setting a public hearing for the Site Plan for November 23,
    2015 at 7:00 pm at Village Hall.
  4. On a motion by John Hallstein, seconded by Ginger Grab, the SEQR Resolution
    classifying this project as a Type II Action that requires no further review under SEQR
    was adopted. All in favor. Motion carried.

Ginger Grab moved to close the meeting at 8:18 pm. Donna Matthews seconded. All in favor.
