Workshop Meeting
May 14, 2025
A workshop meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on May 14, 2025 at the Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, Tivoli New York 12583. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Emily M. Majer. A motion to open the meeting was made by Trustee Sarah Imboden, and seconded by Trustee Emily Mangieri. All in favor. The meeting was convened at 6:09 PM local time.
Present: Mayor Emily M. Majer, Deputy Mayor Bill Shilling, Trustee Peter Baldino, Trustee Sarah Imboden, Trustee Emily Mangieri

On a motion by Trustee Mangieri, seconded by Deputy Mayor Shilling, RESOLUTION 18-2025 DATED MAY 14, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAX LEVY AND WARRANT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 was approved. Roll call: Majer: aye, Shilling: Aye, Imboden: aye. Baldino: aye, Mangieri: aye.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Shilling, seconded by Trustee Mangieri, all in favor, the Board adjourned the meeting at 6:15 PM.
