MEETING MINUTES
A meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Tivoli was held at the Historic Watts dePeyster Village Hall located at 86 Broadway Tivoli New York 12583 on Monday, June 8, 2026. The meeting was called to order by Co-chairperson Lisa Schwarzbaum at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Co-chairperson Lisa Schwarzbaum, Co-chairperson Andrew Tejerina, Wendy Hansen, Pamela Morin, Clerk Kris Cleaveland
The following members were absent: Miles Sweeny
The following persons were also present: Navin Sharma
The first order of business was the approval of minutes from the May 11, 2026 meeting. On a motion by Wendy Hansen, seconded by Andrew Tejerina, the board voted to approve the minutes as provided by Clerk Kris Cleaveland. All in favor. Motion carried.
Pamela Morin | Temporary Storage Containers | 73 Broadway | Parcel 6175-18-464057-0000
The second order of business was the proposed temporary storage containers at 73 Broadway. The County referral came back as a matter of local concern. Ms. Morin recused herself. Andrew Tejerina made a motion to approve the containers, seconded by Wendy Hansen. Roll call: Schwarzbaum- aye, Tejerina- aye, Hansen- aye. All in favor. Motion carried.

The item was removed from the agenda because the applicant did not appear and the application was incomplete.
Within the wording of Tivoli’s current Zoning Code, the board discussed the mechanics of Site Plan Review for perspective retail tenants in the GB District within the HO District.
On a motion by Wendy Hansen, seconded by Pamela Morin, the board voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:11 PM. All in favor. Motion carried.
