NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF TIVOLI PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached on the agenda, the Planning Board of the Village of Tivoli will hold a public hearing at Village Hall, 86 Broadway, Tivoli NY on the application by the Village of Tivoli for approval of a lot line adjustment for property identified as tax parcel nos. 437013, 427035, 438036, and 444038.
A copy of the application is on file at the Village Hall and available for inspection during business hours.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Village Planning Board, Historic Watts dePeyster Hall, PO Box 397, 86 Broadway, Tivoli, New York 12583, or via email to deputyclerk@tivoliny.org. Written comments must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing. All reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities.
