VILLAGE OF TIVOLI BOARD OF TRUSTEES
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
February 21, 2024
A meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on February 21, 2024 at the Historic Watts DePeyster Hall, Tivoli, NY. Deputy Mayor Majer opened the regular meeting.

The Deputy Mayor asked all present at the meeting to salute the flag.
The Clerk’s report included:
446 Trash tags sold
Three payrolls were processed by Village Treasurer, Bonnie Day
Deputy Clerk Standefer has assisted in the Clerk’s Office for a few hours during the past month
In tune with her commitment to Tivoli Fire Company, Clerk Bruno has spent a number of hours lately participating in webinars with FEMA; one namely was in conjunction with Congressman Pat Ryan’s Office. She furthered that it is quite rewarding to be part of this fire company, its’ growth, and to be connected to its vast number of dedicated individuals.
On a motion by Trustee Baldino, seconded by Trustee Mangieri, the January 17 Regular Meeting Minutes and February 14 Workshop Minutes were approved, all in favor.
On a motion by Trustee Mangieri and seconded by Trustee Baldino, the Treasurer’s Report for Abstract #9 totaling $92,964.83 was approved. Trustee Baldino moved that the bills be paid for the abstract as presented, Trustee Mangieri seconded the motion, all in favor.
Zoning Report
A Zoning Report, provided by Z3 Consultants, was read by Trustee Baldino.
Regular Business:
RESOLUTION Authorizing the Sale of Surplus Items of the Village of Tivoli; on a motion made by Trustee Baldino, seconded by Trustee Mangieri; all in favor.
RESOLUTION Authorizing Task Order Under Agreement with Crawford & Associates Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. Regarding Volunteer Fire Infrastructure & Response Equipment Grant Application; on a motion made by Trustee Baldino, seconded by Trustee Mangieri; all in favor.
RESOLUTION Awarding Village Hall Generator Project; on a motion made by Trustee Baldino, seconded by Trustee Mangieri; all in favor.
RESOLUTION Budget Modifications; on a motion made by Trustee Mangieri, seconded by Trustee Baldino; all in favor.

Court Report: Trustee Baldino read the report which was provided by Court Clerk McGarry; $3,032.00 was remitted to the Office of the State Comptroller.
Trustee Mangieri
Trustee Mangieri read the December and January Red Hook Police Reports which were provided by the Red Hook Police Department. The Easter Egg Hunt will take place Saturday,
March 30, 2024, more information will follow.

Deputy Mayor Majer adjourned the meeting in honor of Mike Gozan. On a motion made by Trustee Mangieri and seconded by Trustee Baldino, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM, all in favor.
