Deputy Mayor Majer mentioned checking out the Tivoli Free Library.  She added, be aware of icy conditions in Tivoli Bays.  Do be careful.  Also, however, in Tivoli Bays, many owls have been seen at around dusk, along with foxes.

Enjoy this window of time when ticks are not around, and poison ivy.  Enjoy the winter, but be safe.

Mayor Griffith

Court Report:  Mayor Griffith read the contents of the report which was provided by Court Clerk McGarry; $608.00 was remitted to the Office of the State Comptroller.

Mayor Griffith reminded residents that winter is here, and sidewalks must be clear following snowfall within 24 hours; please do remember that the winter parking ordinance is now in effect; please abide by the rules for parking in the municipal lots.

Also, a reminder was provided that trash cans need to be retrieved from the street after trash has been picked up.  Tickets will be issued if more than 24 hours goes by, and trash bins are still by the street.
