WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 2021

PUBLIC HEARING/WORKSHOP MINUTES

LOCAL LAW NO. A (PROPOSED)

LOCAL LAW NO. B (PROPOSED)

 

 

Present:  Mayor Griffith, Deputy Mayor Majer, Trustee Ezrati, Trustee Baldino

Public:  Elizabeth Axley

 

Mayor Griffith read the public hearing notice, and on a motion made by Deputy Mayor Majer, seconded by Trustee Baldino, opened the continued public hearing on Local Law No. A (Proposed) at 7:08 PM.  Mayor Griffith explained that this was a continuation of a public hearing.  There was no public comment.  On a motion made by Trustee Ezrati, seconded by Deputy Mayor Majer, the public hearing was closed at 7:10 PM.

 

Mayor Griffith read the public hearing notice, and on a motion made by Trustee Baldino, seconded by Trustee Ezrati, opened the continued public hearing on Local Law No. B (Proposed) at 7:12 PM.  Mayor Griffith explained that this was a continuation of a public hearing.  Elizabeth Axley commented that she did not think B was a number.  Mayor Griffith explained the lettering and numbering of local laws.  Chris Chale further commented and explained.  Trustee Ezrati added that these were “housekeeping” laws, and only small modifications were made in order to clearly specify some wording and pronouns. On a motion made by Trustee Ezrati, seconded by Trustee Baldino, the public hearing was closed at 7:17 PM.
