Mayor Griffith opened the regular workshop at 9:20 pm at the Historic Watts DePeyster Hall, Tivoli, NY.

Present: Mayor Griffith, Deputy Mayor Bruno, Trustees Ezrati, Majer and Schneider.

Public: None

On a motion by Trustee Schneider seconded by Deputy Mayor Bruno, $1,500 was allocated to Crawford & Associates for the purpose of a CFA grant application for permitting and design of the Waterfront Park.

On a motion by Trustee Schneider, seconded by Trustee Ezrati, the board entered into executive session for the purpose of discussing “matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person or corporation”.

Majer: aye

No action was taken by the board during executive session.

On a motion by Deputy Mayor Bruno, seconded by Trustee Majer, the workshop was adjourned at 9:34 pm all in favor.
