Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 5-22-2013

A Special Board Meeting was held on May 21, 2013 at the American Legion, 8 Tivoli Commons.
Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Leedy, Trustee Ezrati, Trustee Bruno and Trustee Griffith.
On a motion by Trustee Ezrati, seconded by Deputy Mayor Leedy, Resolution 22-2013, dated May 21, 2013, AUTHORIZING THE
SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC BIDS FOR THE SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT was approved. Roll call: Leedy: aye, Ezrati: aye, Bruno:
aye, and Griffith: aye.
