Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 4-12-2013

Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Leedy, Trustee Ezrati, Trustee Bruno and Trustee Griffith.
Oaths of Office were issued to Trustee Ezrati, Trustee Bruno, and Mayor Cranna.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Leedy, seconded by Trustee Bruno, the Board reaffirmed the Code of Ethics, all in
favor.
On a motion by Trustee Griffith, seconded by Trustee Ezrati, the Board confirmed the appointments and accepted the
Re-Organizational blueprint (see attached) for 2013, all in favor.
