Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 4-10-2013

Mayor Cranna opened the public hearing at 7:00 pm.
Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Leedy, Trustees Ezrati, Bruno and Griffith, Attorney Christine Chale.
Public: Peter Walsh, Richard Zipp, Cathy Zipp, Naomi LaChance and Patricia Dreyfus.
This public hearing is to hear all interested persons on the proposed Local Law 2-2013 to override the tax levy limit for fiscal year 2013-
2014 and the tentative budget.
Mayor Cranna asked for any public comments.
Peter Walsh, Cathy Zipp and Patricia Dreyfus voiced that they are not in favor of a property tax increase.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Leedy, seconded by Trustee Bruno, Resolution 14-2013, (Proposed Local Law 2-2013) , dated
April 10, 2013; AUTHORIZING ADOPTION BY THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF TIVOLI OF LOCAL
LAW 2 (PROPOSED) OF 2013 TO OVERRIDE THE TAX LEVY LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 was approved. Roll Call:
Leedy: aye, Ezrati: aye, Bruno: Aye, Griffith: aye, Cranna: aye.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Leedy, seconded by Trustee Ezrati, the public hearing was closed at 7:36 pm.
