Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 2-6-2013

A Special Board Meeting was held on February 6, 2013 at the Historic Watts dePeyster Hall. Mayor Cranna called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.
Present: Mayor Cranna, Trustee Ezrati and Deputy Mayor Leedy. Absent: Trustee Bruno and Trustee Griffith.
On a motion by Trustee Ezrati, seconded by Deputy Mayor Leedy, Resolution 4-2013, dated February 6, 2013, RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
APPROVAL AND ENDORSEMENT – GREENWAY COMMUNITIES GRANT PROGRAM was approved. Roll call: Leedy: aye, Ezrati: aye,
Cranna: aye. Bruno and Griffith: absent.
On a motion by Trustee Ezrati and seconded by Deputy Mayor Leedy, the meeting was adjourned at 5:56 pm.
