Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 12-23-2013

A Special Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on December 23, 2013 at the American Legion, Tivoli Commons, NY.
Mayor Cranna called the meeting to order at 8:30am.
Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Griffith, Trustee Bruno, and Trustee Schneider.
Absent: Trustee Ezrati
Public: None
On a motion by Trustee Bruno, seconded by Deputy Mayor Griffith, the contract with Thyssenkrupp for the elevator repair was
approved, all in favor.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Griffith, seconded by Trustee Bruno, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 pm.
