Water Tower/Water System Public Hearing Weds 6/13 7PM

The Village of Tivoli Board of Trustees is holding a very important public hearing on WednesdayJune 13th at 7PM on the 3rd floor of Village Hall. This hearing is to gather comment and answer questions on the transfer of the Water and Sewer systems to the Duchess County Water and Wastewater Authority, water improvements including the style and location of Tivoli’s next water storage tank, and to determine whether and to what extent Tivoli’s zoning laws apply to these proposed projects. Please refer to the hearing notice for details.  All residents of Tivoli are urged to attend and be heard!
