Village Hall Re-Opening for Limited Hours starting Monday, June 29th/Tivoli Court Opening Monday, August 3rd

Village Hall will re-open to the public with the following hours starting Monday June 29th. Masks must be worn and social distancing is required within the building.

Monday 10AM-4PM

Wednesday 10AM-4PM

Friday 10AM-4PM

You may still request Village services via email or phone, receive garbage tags by mail, or deposit payments and correspondence in the front door drop box.

DA/Criminal Court will reopen on Monday August 3rd @ 5:30 pm

Vehicle and Traffic court will reopen on Monday August 17th @ 5:30 pm

COVID-19 Protocol for Attending Court:

* You must wear a mask
* Only defendant may enter the building (no companions)
* Social distancing rules apply
* Court Officer will direct you through the process

Mayor Cranna opened the public hearing at 5:37 om at the Historic Watts DePeyster Hall, Tivoli NY.

Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Griffith, Trustees Exrati, Bruno and Schneider.

Public: Jeanette Canady, Karen Cleaveland, David Cleaveland, Phyllis Palmer, Thomas Crisci, Jr. Patricia Dreyfus, Shane Digan, Charles Van Norden, Rich Schiafo, Nancy Houk, Peter Mauney, Jeffrey Scales, Emily Majer and Robert Lachman.

The public hearing is to hear all interested persons on the proposed 2014-2015 budget. This is the fourth meeting for this budget. The first budget submitted to the board was for a 6.19% tax increase. Amendments were made in a workshop to the budget last week. The budget adoption vote will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 6:00 om at village hall.

Mayor Cranna asked for public comments.

On a motion by Deputy Mayor Griffith, seconded by Trustee Schneider, the Tentative 2014-2015 budget was approved. Roll Call: Griffith: aye, Exrati: aye

On a motion by Deputy Mayor Griffith, seconded by Trustee Bruno, the public hearing was closed at 7:06 pm.
