Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes 4-24-2014

Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Griffith, Trustee Bruno and Trustee Schneider.
Absent: Trustee Ezrati,
Oaths of Office were issued to Trustee Griffith, and Trustee Schneider.
On a motion by Trustee Griffith, seconded by Trustee Schneider, the Board confirmed the appointments and
accepted the Re-Organizational blueprint (see attached) for 2014, all in favor.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Griffith, seconded by Trustee Bruno, the Board reaffirmed the Code of Ethics, all in
favor.
