Village Hall Re-Opening for Limited Hours starting Monday, June 29th/Tivoli Court Opening Monday, August 3rd

Village Hall will re-open to the public with the following hours starting Monday June 29th. Masks must be worn and social distancing is required within the building.

Monday 10AM-4PM

Wednesday 10AM-4PM

Friday 10AM-4PM

You may still request Village services via email or phone, receive garbage tags by mail, or deposit payments and correspondence in the front door drop box.

DA/Criminal Court will reopen on Monday August 3rd @ 5:30 pm

Vehicle and Traffic court will reopen on Monday August 17th @ 5:30 pm

COVID-19 Protocol for Attending Court:

* You must wear a mask
* Only defendant may enter the building (no companions)
* Social distancing rules apply
* Court Officer will direct you through the process

Mayor Cranna opened the public hearing at 7:09 pm.
Present: Mayor Cranna, Deputy Mayor Leedy, Bruno and Griffith, Attorney Christine Chale and PANDA film representative Steve
Roberts. Absent: Trustee Ezrati
Public: Greg Remenek , Fred Cartier and Radley Glasser:
This public hearing is to hear all interested persons on the application for a Community Development Block Grant.
The Village is considering an application for a Broadway (CR 78) Waterline Extension in the maximum estimated
amount of $150,000. The Mayor explained that the Montgomery Street was originally considered for the extension
but DPW Supervisor Simmons recommended that Broadway be completed instead.
Mayor Cranna asked if there were any comments from the public. There were no public comments.
At 7:11pm, on a motion by Deputy Mayor Leedy, seconded by Trustee Bruno, the public hearing was closed.
